Welcome to UniqueCleanings.com. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided Unique Cleanings offers professional residential cleaning services. Our services include, but are not limited to, general house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and customized cleaning plans as per client requests.
2. Booking and Scheduling
- Clients can book services through our website, by phone, or via email.
- We require at least 24 hour notice for scheduling a service.
- Appointments are subject to availability.
- Any changes or cancellations must be made before 4:00PM the business day prior to the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees.
3. Pricing and Payments
- Service prices are based on the size and condition of the home.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Zelle, ACH Transfer, CashApp, Venmo.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Clients must provide at least 15 hour notice for cancellations.
- Cancellations made after the deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 business days.
- No refunds will be issued for completed services unless a valid complaint is received within 24 of service completion.
- No refunds will be issued for completed services if a re-work/re-clean is denied by the client.
5. Access to Property
- Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
- If cleaners are unable to access the property, a lockout fee may be charged.
- Clients are responsible for securing valuables before the service.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If a client is unsatisfied with the service, they must notify us within 24hours.
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues, which may include a re-cleaning of the affected areas.
- Refunds are issued at our discretion.
7. Liability and Damage Policy
- Unique Cleanings is insured.
- We take great care when cleaning, but in the event of accidental damage, clients must report it within 24hours.
- We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or improper installation of fixtures and appliances.
8. Health and Safety
- Our cleaning staff is trained to follow safety and hygiene protocols.
- Clients must notify us of any hazardous conditions or special cleaning requirements.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if the work environment is deemed unsafe.
9. Privacy Policy
- We respect client privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without consent.

10. Agreement to Receive Text Messages By providing your mobile number, you agree that Unique Cleaning Solutions may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages containing but not limited to important information, updates, deals, and specials.
You will receive up to 4 messages per month.
You may unsubscribe at any time by texting the word STOP to (301) 710-9901. You may receive a subsequent message confirming your opt-out request.

T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account with us to reflect this change.
Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time and content of your messages, as well as other information that you provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.
By subscribing or otherwise using the service, you acknowledge and agree that we will have the right to change and/or terminate the service at any time, with or without cause and/or advance notice.

Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?
Though we will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.
11. Amendments
- Unique Cleanings reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
- Clients will be notified of significant changes.
12. Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Maryland, USA.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Maryland.
